Involves a methodical approach to improving business processes to make them more efficient and effective. Firstly a detailed, multi-step examination called Business Process Analysis (BPA) of each part of a process is undertaken to identify what is “as is” status, what all works well, what needs to be improved and how any necessary improvements can best be made. Next well formulated strategies are used to address these areas and a remediation measures are undertaken.
